Covamat Fresh™ offers a erosion control blanket design for slope stabilisation and gives all the features and benefits of Covamat Plus™ with an additional 5mm of topsoil to aid quicker establishment. Ideal for areas of poor soil conditions. Covamat Fresh™ offers the fastest germination speed for pre-seeded erosion control blankets. The additional layer of 5mm of topsoil exclusive to Covamat Fresh™ allows seed to commence germination once rolls are manufactured. With this in mind Covamat Fresh™ requires immediate installation upon arrival on site. The mulch layer is a combination of coir-dust, chopped straw, chopped hay and coir-waste for seed embedment and vegetation enhancement.
